Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Jersey

automobile title

I have title to my car, it was a gift from someone who now wants it back. do i have to legally return the car or is it mine.

If it's a gift, and title is in your name, it sounds like it's yours, and that you need not return it to the person who gifted it to you.
