I bought a Harley In july and the cosigner will not release the bike to me.What legal rites do I have...????

A cosigner has no rights to the property. You have the same rights as you would against anyone else whe has property of yours and refuses to return it. You can sue for possession of the property but that will probably require that you hire a lawyer because the relief can't be granted in Small Claims Court. If the situation warrants it, you may be able to file a criminal complaint in municipal court. See the clerk for the forms to do that.
