Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Jersey

breach of contract

A financial institution mailed documents to me outlining benfits to which I am entitled '' on the first of any month prior to their 65th birthday'' ( I am age 52). Upon attempting to exercising the distribution of said benefits effective September 1, the company refused to honor my request. The compnay's ''reason'' to the refusal is that there is some additional information that they wish to make available to me ( and others receiving this benefit), sometime in October. Based on this information, the earliest possible time for me to obtain my benefits would be November 1 and more probably December 1, if there are forms and mail processing.

It appears that the company has unitalterally delayed distribution of benefits for no valid reason ( other than my suspicion of attempting to retain capital as long as possible).

I am an active investor in the equity market. The delay in receiving these benefits has the potential for loss of investment income. I am looking to file suit against the company for my benefits, loss of potential investment gains and most importantly punitive damagesin the 7 digits.

What prominent law firm(s) have been successful in winning or settling very large suits of this nature?
