My brother was killed by a drunk driver who has been sentenced to 5 years in prison. his children have filed suit against thedriver and the hospital. do i have a case as a sibling to file suit?

The beneficiaries of a wrongful death caae are the surviving spouse and children of the deceased. You could have a claim if you saw the accident or if you came upon your brother

immediately after the accident happened.
