Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Jersey

single mother. Have joint legal custody. With father having primary residents for school reason. As stated in mediation agreement. Father has moved, 9 year old son now wanting to live with me. Father will not agree. His new job now prohibits father from picking up son as per mediation. How do I change primary when he will not agree

You need to file a motion with the court. Your son's opinion won't carry the day and may not even be heard by the court. I suggest you meet with an attorney to discuss all this.
