Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Jersey
child custoy
single mother. Have joint legal custody. With father having primary residents for school reason. As stated in mediation agreement. Father has moved, 9 year old son now wanting to live with me. Father will not agree. His new job now prohibits father from picking up son as per mediation. How do I change primary when he will not agree

You will have to file a motion with the Court for an order requiring what you want.

You need to file a motion with the court. Your son's opinion won't carry the day and may not even be heard by the court. I suggest you meet with an attorney to discuss all this.
