Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Jersey

civil action

my fiancce bought a house about two years ago. i have spent over $18,000.00 in home furnishings, and installing of kitchen appliances, a new heating and air conditioning syste....etc. with the intent that we would live together and eventually be married. our relationship has now ended, and she benefits from evrything that i did, and i am out of $18,000.00. what recourse of action do i have?

if it is a gift, youb are probably out the money, however, I would file suit and try to get the money back. you can do this on your own, al awyer will charge at least 5,000
