Courts Decision

I'm undergoing a debt collection lawsuit and all my bank accounts were frozen. The Judge granted the Motion to Turnover funds to the Court Officer because I, the Defendant, did not object within the time allowed.(I am defending myself because I can not afford an attorney) I then submitted a Motion for Reconsideration. The Judge had another hearing and decided to give the case to another Judge, the reason is, To Enforce Litigants Rights. What does this mean? And what is my next step?

enforcing liigants rights is a fancy way of saying that they are going to send you written questions to determine where your assets lie. They may also ask to take your deposiiton (oral questions). It also allows Plaintiff to execute on bank accounts and potentially on your wages. You have to wait for the new judge to hear your application for reconsideration. You can also file a motion to disolve the execution.n You need to get yourself a copy of the court rules regarding executions on assets.
