Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Jersey
Estate fraud and embezzlement
There is a material amount of forged checks (hundreds), dollar amounts (one for $50,000.00) and family members participating (4), one with a POA, me as executor trying to account for this $250,000 (MIA) money from our now deceased parent's account and the NJ prosecutor denying any criminal action and another NJ supporting my removal for just trying to get answers to all this missing money?
Additionally, my Dad's credit card was used for hundreds of unauthorized purchases including support of a catering business.
I've done nothing wrong but I was unsuccessful in getting my siblings to answer up to me as executor, T was forced to hire separate counsel to get answers only to have my siblings counter with a civil action for my removal and are now suing me for legal costs to pursue them for refusal to answer.

Re: Estate fraud and embezzlement
You sound very familiar. Are you the gentlemen who denounced me for grammatical errors in a proposed fee agreement? If you are, perhaps you might consider that the grammatical errors were actually only clerical errors. In any event, something about
your approach seems to be backfiring.
