I left my car at nissan dealer to get fixed but they hit it, so they do not want to pay to take it to the body shop with out i do pay the towing, because my car still broken.

They have to pay for the towning. They damaged your car and must fix it at their cost. They pay for all costs to repair. They pay for towing.
If they do not, you can sue them.
