Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Jersey

Gentlemen;

I have been denied a delayed birth record in court because of some statute that says that since I have no records prior to being 16 - No was the answer. Now what do I do?

My father was in the merchant marine and my mother moved from pkace to pleace and left me with my aunt. I was home schooled birthed by a midwife of whom I don't know and went to work when I was 16. That's it I've lived on my own since at the same address for 34 years I pay my taxes and have a social security card so I'm as legal as they come. I just don't have any records before I was born and after. I've have medical shots for dieases but the dr. is now dead for quite some time. I really don't know where to turn. I really don't have the right to vote, get a library card or exist as a person.

Where do I go from here?

I would expecf that there are people who can attest to your being born wherever you were born and your being home schooled. I can help you.

Call me if you like.
