Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Jersey

Hello,

I would like some help from an attorney in South Jersey with expunging 2 items from my record. One is an offense (possession of alcohol underage) that happened when I was 18. The other a municipal ordinance which occurred in January 2005. I am 56 years old and have no other issues of any type with the law. How do I go about expunging these items? Thanks

J

Any New Jersey can handle your expungement. A court appearance is not ususally required for such minor offenses.

Call me if you like.
