Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Jersey

Husbands corp is being sued in civil court, corp was closed in Dec 2006. Can not find attorney to help us in Massachutes. We live in NJ.

It is not clear from your question why you should care. If the corporation is out of business, it is not likely that a judgment against it could hurt you. Nonetheless, you should probably have a lawyer read the complaint to be sure that there is nothing that would lead to personal liability. For that, you can consult with a lawyer near you.
