Would you be able to inform me of the proper motion a Defendant should file to have funds released from a levy given the below scenario?

Plaintiff filed a motion against Defendant to levy assets, motion granted.

Plaintiff filed a motion to turn over funds, motion is denied.

Defendant now wants release of the levy.

The order of garnishment should have been served on the entity holding the funds.
