new jersey judge escrows all a small c corp's money as a result of motion for same. leaves no money can't afford an attorney can corp be represented by company pres. and 100% owner

NJ Rule 6:11 permits an owner/representative to appear on behalf of a corporate entity in matters in the Small Claims Section or in matters in the Special Civil Part that could have been brought as a small claim. All other matters require a lawyer to represent a corporation or other entitly.
