Lawsuit case
can someone sell everything they have including real estate and make bank accounts zero if they think they will loose a lawsuit case filed on them? can they file a bankrupsy?

They can file a bankruptcy however if it is not complaint with the law it will likely be dismissed.
To the extent that they conceal assets and fail to disclose they may be subject to being confined to jail until they disclose the assets.
