legal action against neighbor over bamboo

I would like to persue legal action against my neighbor for damage in my backyard as a result of his bamboo. I am looking for advice in how I should approach doing this ?

Your remedy is in the order of an action for encroachment or nuissance, or both. We would bring a civil suit in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Camden County requesting that the court order that your neighbor remove the bamboo from that part of his property from which it encroaches yours.
