Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Jersey

I litigated a breach of contract matter against a gentleman and his son. The defendant filed for bankruptcy. Can I refile the matter based on an alter ego defense against two of his other children?

If you had a contract with the other children then you can sue them on the contract claims and any other claims that arise out of the contract. I don't know what you mean by "alter ego defense." � See also: http://info.corbettlaw.net/lawguru.htm
