Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Jersey

Moving Defendant

I loaned my ex-boyfriend money that is now collecting interest. He had been paying me back in monthly installments, but stopped when I got married to another man. I sued him in special civil court in New Jersey. He never responded to any of the papers indicating that he was being sued. The motion went in fron of the court for a ruling in my favor. My ex-boyfriend was sent a subpeona to provide the courts with information so that I could collect my money. He apparently moved and I currently don't have a current address or place of employment. I have been told that unless I get his social security number my options are over. What can I do? I don't have access to his SS# and I wouldn't know where he moved to.

there are many skip tracer companies on the internet that will track him down for you for a small fee. I suggest that you search the net for a company.
