neighbor dispute

Moved into new home, had handyman cut weeds in yard, including ivy which was about a foot into my property but hung onto neighbor's fence which handyman cleaned off fence. Neighbor said going to lawyer to sue me for taking vines off fence. Does she have a case?

suit for ivy cutback? not likely. but she sounds crazy. be careful.

I seriously doubt he could find a lawyer to take the case. Be careful of him, but don't lose any sleep.
