Neighbor dumping on my property.

My neighbor throws the trimmings from my bush which overhang onto his propertyback onto my property.I realize he can trim the bush but can he dump them back?Their hard for me to dispose of.

Not without your permission. Ask him to stop. If he refuses, take him to court for an injunction (a court order to cease from doing a wrong).

I have read what the other attorney wrote, and as far as that goes, he is correct. That does not solve your problem: you are not going to spend thousands of dollars filing an injuction lawsuit.

What an idiot (I assume you have already asked nicely that he not do this). You are going to need to get creative and maybe a bit insistent. A smart lawyer may help.
