Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Jersey

That question referred to yet another one from the same user.]

I don't know which question it was. This site is anonymous. Participating lawyers can't tell who wrote the questions. We can sometimes figure out when multiple questions are from the same user, but not always.

Your question may not even have reached me, since they are not all sent to every participating attorney. Even if I received your question I probably didn't read it, since you posted it under New Jersey law. Many laws vary from one state to another, so if a question looks like it's based on the laws of a state other than California I usually don't look at it. Offhand, I'm not even sure why I saw your second question.
