Personal Liability Insurance
As a retired Police Detective, who can LEGALLY carry a concealed weapon, is there any National Organization/Association where I could apply for the above mentioned Insurance in the unlikely event I would lawfully have use my weapon?

If you have a homeowners insurance policy you should check with the carrier to see if lawsuit for use of gun is covered. If there is coverage ask for direction to that paragraph of your homeowner's insurance policy which provides the subject coverage.
I would also suggest that you consult with an insurance agent.
