phone harassment
a solicition company has been calling me between 4 and 8 times a day for several weeks. i have asked them to take me off their calling list and they continue to call. i spoke to my phone company and they said i could get my phone records from them. do i have a law suit for harrassment their driving me nuts

It would help to know what they are soliciting, but not absolutely necessary. There is the possibility of suit on several grounds. Harrassment is one of them. As a practical matter, success depends a lot on where the calls are coming from. Getting the phone records are a start at this. Also, keep notes on what you tell them or, better still, make a recording of the call. In New Jersey, a call can be recorded if one of the participants consents and no warning has to be given.
