Pro Se Plaintiff - Interrogatories

Should a plaintiff answer all of the interrogatgories and submit ALL documents requested by defendant?

There is no easy answer to this question; however, generally speaking, you should endeavor to answer all questions and provide all documents as long as they are not privileged (e.g. a lawyers notes or letters is one example)unduly burdensome (e.g. printing ten thousand pages) overly broad (e.g. name all your medical doctors you have visited since birth)or irrelevant (e.g. information on your spouse although your spouse is not mentioned in the complaint in any manner). Since you are pro se, I would advise you to visit your county's law library for more information or since you live in New Jersey the Rutger's Law Library which is publicly funded. Finally, perhaps it is time for your to consider employing an attorney now that your lawsuit has reached a serious phase. Bestt wishes.
