Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Jersey
I am in the process of suing a chain store. I previously answered my interrogatories completely and fully with very detailed answers.
My deposition is upcoming and I want to know if I can answer " I previously answered this question in my interrogatory" and not offer any more information.
Can I refer to notes on dates and times?
Can I just refuse to answer a question?
Thank you.

You have little or no choice but to answer the questions.
