release of inheritance claim

I need to write a simple letter (to be notarized) saying that I do not want to claim the inheritance from a deceased relative.

Cannot find a sample of such a letter online.

If there is an executor or attorney of the estate of your deceased relative, ask them, they should be able to provide you with the proper form.
