who is responsible?

I got a few tickets while driving my cosses truck, is he responsible to pay the ticket fines and court costs?

YOU get a ticket and you expect your boss to pay for your bad driving/luck? Was he making you speed or park illegally?

Only if someone was 'making' me do something would I have the b___s to ask THEM to pay for MY ticket.

Read your question again... if you still can't answer this yourself, I'd fire you if I were your boss, because I can't afford to employ... people with insufficiant 'understanding'.
