Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Jersey
Seperation
My wife and I are not living together, however I pay the morgage and other household bills, does she have the right to keep me from entering the house.
There is no physical or verbal abuse to report ever.

Re: Seperation
Yes. She has the right to keep you from entering her home/house. A monetary agreement does not give you any right of access to her residence without her permission and on her terms. Go see a lawyer for a formal separation agreement.
Re: Seperation
You should be able to reenter the house, applying the rule of reason. I would suggest that you consider that if she does not want you there she may concoct something.
Call me if you like.

If you own the house, then its your house! However, as Mr. Moore advised, I wouldn't go back there. It sounds like its time to get divorced. See an attorney ASAP.
