Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Jersey

I've been served with a preliminary injunction in New Jersey. How do I preserve my right to dispute jurisdiction and still oppose the injunction?

That's a good question but, unfortunately, one that cannot be answered with the information that you have given. First, because you said that you have been served with a preliminary injunction there is the possibility that the opportunity to oppose jurisdiction without having to address the main issue may already have past. If the proceeding has been unopposed to this point, I would have expected an Order to Show Cause With Temporarary Restraints. You can still oppose jurisdiction as a separate defense, but it may result in having to defend the main action too. I expect you will still have questions. Feel free to call.
