Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Jersey

I have a settlement with a moving company. Part of the settlement letter states that I may not make any further complaints to gov't bodies, BBB or on review websites. I posted some bad reviews months before my settlement. The company is now saying I must take down the reviews or they will sue me. Can they?
