son signed promissary note

when my husband died he had given my son monies to build a mother daughter home where I could reside. My son has paid me a portion of the monies and I no longer live in his home. he did not build a mother daughter home and I cleaned and did laundry. How can I collect the rest of my monies?

I am sorry to hear of your situation. I am currently handling one situation where a son took ALL of the inheritance that was supposed to go to his mother (and that was from his mother's mother, he stole his grandmother's assets!!!), and another where a brother in law asked for loans of $36,000.00 and would not repay.

It is so very unfortunate when family members do wrong.
