Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Jersey

Can I sue my ex spouse for non pymt. of PSA established 50% shared costs of all agreed too medical, daycare etc... costs associated with my 2 children. I am out 5K.

I realize that I can file a motion in Family division for non compliance... my ? is can I file a personal civil suit ?

First you go to Family Court, and get the debt turned into a court judgment. Then you force him to pay.
