Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Jersey

If I am suing an association in NJ as they have not released a lien on my home in NJ and the association is in Florida, can I force them to be deposed in NJ?

If they have been properly served with process and have answered the complaint you can simply

send a notice of a deposition by certified mail and if they fail to appear for the deposition, if a motion to hold the association in comtempt.
