need help with a verbal agreement
Hello,
I was dating a guy and authorized him to charge 4,500 to my credit card because he promised to pay it back and i thought i could trust him. Now that we are split he doesnt want to pay the money he owes me. We had a verbal agreement that he would pay it back. I need some advice because i dont know what to do to get my money back

You may want to try small claims court . . . without a lawyer. They have some assistance for unrepresented plaintiffs.
