Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Jersey

Are there any violations to privacy rights if someone distributes your address without your knowledge or consent and are there any actions I can take against the company? I was a consultant for a company and they have been sending my home address out on their packing slips.

This is probably not a privacy issue but there may be other actions that you can take including charging for any time that you have to spend in response to problems that occur. More information is needed to help with this problem. Call if you would like to discuss it.
