Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Jersey

Wanted in Small Claims Court

I received a crudely and sparsely worded Summons to appear in Small Claims Court. The complaint is without merit but the Clerks told me that anyone can sue anybody else.

I'm prepared to submit my evidence refuting the allegations in the complaint, but I really don't want to go to Court. Is there a form "MOTION TO DISMIS" that I can ask the Judge to dismis the Complaint due to NO GROUNDS?

You can file a motion to dismiss, but you have to prove that even if all the facts alleged are true, that the plaintiff is not entitled to judgment. Good luck.
