Legal Question in Health Care Law in New Jersey

Hi im a 20yr old and I recently had surgery for an ovarian pregnancy and they removed partial of it and my follopian tube but in febuary I was pregnant but it was as n ectopic well I have merena and the doctor said that it was in place if it was I shouldnt hve gotton pregnant again and go thru all this surgery is thier or could be a lawsuit
