Legal Question in Health Care Law in New Jersey
I have a domestic worker living in my house. She has become domineering and will not perform the task she is assigned. She has become aggressive towards my ex-husband. I have terminated her employment and told her she must leave. She will not. She has only worked for me for 3 months. I did not go through an agency to hire her. I do not know her legal status to work in this country. What are my rights?
