Legal Question in Health Care Law in New Jersey
Failure to Diagnose
I was having trouble with my vision, went to eye Dr.
He told me it was all age related, go to Walmart get reading glasses.
Things seemed no better, made appointment with a different Dr.
He diagnosed me with glaucoma, and irreversible damage to left optic nerve. Had other Dr. gave med. for optic pressure I would not have glaucoma yet. I am only 42. And mad!
Appreciate any thoughts on this.
Thanks
