Legal Question in Health Care Law in New Jersey
My health insurance has denied my claims stating that I didnt have a person physician on file. I 'm saying I did, I even had to have her (the physician) sign letters each time I went to the doctors. I have tried to contact them but they donn't except calls and have not replied to my last letter. Now I am getting letters from collection agencies. What should I do?

You have to follow the insurance company's procedures, and do that on time (there are deadlines to file various documents).
I have fought the insurance companies a couple of times.
Let me know if you want a lawyer to help.
