Legal Malpractice
My attorney being impaired has been sent to Drug & Alcohol Rehab.
He would not coomunicate with me,would not send me settlement documents for me to review, he would not send enforcement order of court to me. Now, can I undo settlement? Can I recover the fees I paid so far to this impaired attorney?

You should make a motion in court to set aside the settlement and restore the case to the calendar. As to getting the money back, it more complicated. Why not try asking for a refund first?
