Legal Question in Health Care Law in New Jersey
If I have a stye on my eye and i take an ointment to relieve the symptoms but they make the symptoms worse can i sue?

Unless you have permanent injury, you are an ass. It is people that want to sue for anything that make others want "tort reform", and it is already difficult to sue and recover for REAL damages now.
