Adjacent Petitioning
My sister is a US Citizen, she is petitioning for me to come to reside in the US permanently...i am married and have children, will they be able to come with me on that petition? ie at the same time

yes they will have derivitive status.

It depends on their age at the time of the visa number becoming available. Your wife will be able to come with you.
