Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Jersey

Adoption

Last December when I went to sierra Leone I adopted a child that lost her mother in result of the terrible war. I have the adoption papers with me, but do not know were to go from here. I want the child to join me here in the US so I can give her a better life. I am a citizen of the US. Please direct me.
