Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Jersey
I am an American citizen, born and raised in the USA. I want to marry a person from the Phillipines who entered the USA on a visitors visa which has long since expired. She lives in New York and I live in New Jersey. What is the procedure for marriage under these circumstances.

All sponsorship paperwork can be filed concurrently with the USCIS based on bona fide marriage to a U.S. citizen even if I-94 has expired. Your wife will be able to adjust status in the U.S. and receive employment authorization in the interim.
