That means an immigration officer, often a supervisor, is reviewing the case file together with the recommendation of the initial reviewing officer. Call us to see how we can help you at 732/383/6242

This depends on what type of case this is. Is it for a non immigrant visa or an immigrant visa?

If you have already been interviewed, then it means they are deciding whether or not to approve your case. It could also mean they will be requesting more evidence from you.

If you have not been interviewed, or if this is for a non immigrant visa, it means they are reviewing the petition.

You can call the USCIS customer service number to try to get more information. After that, you can schedule an "info pass" appointment at the local USCIS office to speak with someone regarding your case. If all else fails, you might want to consider hiring an experienced Immigration Attorney to assist you.
