Change of Status
Hi
I graduate on May 2007 and I applied for H-1 from Company A and my H-1 start on Oct 2007 of Company A and now I transfer to another company B but that is pending now I decided to go back to F-1 status but the company A has not canceled my H-1 can I show the paper work of Company A to go back to F-1 status or not. I am waiting your reply

Hi Mani,
If you have had an H-1B in the previous 6 years (which you appear to) and have not left the country for over 1 year then you should be able to get the H-1 without being subject to the quota.
If you want to show me your paperwork I could give you a more definitive answer.
