US citizen filing form I-130 for brother

I am a US citizen filing form I-130 for my parents. I also have a brother who is 24 years old and unmarried. If I also file form I-130 for my brother and my parents become US citizens after they immigrate to the US and my brother gets married in the meantime, can my brother's file be transferred under my parents filing for their son as US citizens?

No. One of your parents would have to file a new I-130 on your brother's behalf inasmuch as the peitioner would have changed from yourself to one of your parents.
