Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Jersey
citizenship question
ive been married to a us citizen for almost 4 years and i got my first green car through him on march 3,2006. its time for me to apply for my citizenship now but the only problem is me and my husband dont have any tax papers together. he has a son with someone else and he claims his son every year instead of me ,im a housewife and iknow i need the past 3 years irs papers for citizenship. since i dont have them i was wondering can i still apply or i should wait 2 more years? thank you
