can a person be deported if they served a 4-6 month jail term and 4 years probation
drug related(weed)?

Dear Sir/Madam,
It is possible for an individual, even a green card holder, to be deported for an offense relating to a controlled substance. With that being said, depending on the persons conviction and personal situation there may be defenses he/she can raise during removal proceedings.
More information would be needed to properly assess the individual's situation.
